This policy explains what personal information 3diz Studio (“we”, “us”) collects through 3dizstudio.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Project briefs. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company or brand (optional) and the project details you write.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we receive your email address.
- Direct messages. Anything you send us by email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp, including files such as CAD models, dielines or product photos.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver the work you commission.
- To send occasional studio updates, only if you subscribed.
- To keep records of our projects and communications.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Contact-form and newsletter submissions are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and has its own privacy policy. These providers may process technical data such as your IP address under their own policies.
Confidentiality of your files
Product files, designs and unreleased product information you share are used only to produce your project. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive; see our Terms.
Retention
We keep enquiry and project communications for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe from our emails, at any time by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional legal rights, and we will honour them.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
