These terms apply to 3D modeling, rendering and animation work provided by 3diz Studio. If you sign a project agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it differs from these terms.
1. Quotes and scope
Packages and prices shown on our website are per SKU or per project as stated. Every project is confirmed in a written quote that lists deliverables, timeline and payment schedule. Work that falls outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
2. Timelines
Stated turnaround times (for example 72 hours for the Complete Launch Suite) start once we have your brief, product references and any required files. Delays in receiving materials or feedback move the schedule accordingly.
3. Revisions
Every project includes structured revision rounds on lighting, camera angle and material accuracy: two structured revision rounds across all packages. Additional rounds are available at an hourly rate. Changes to the product design itself after modeling has begun may be quoted as new work.
4. Client materials
You confirm that you have the right to give us the files, logos, labels and designs you supply, and that using them for your project does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We do not create renders of products or brands you are not authorised to represent.
5. Deliverables and licensing
Deliverables are provided in the formats listed in your quote (for example JPG, PNG, TIFF, MP4/MOV, GLB/USDZ). Usage rights are described in our Commercial Licensing page.
6. Confidentiality and NDA
We treat your unreleased products, files and business information as confidential. We will sign a mutual NDA on request before you share sensitive material. Unless you tell us otherwise, or an NDA says so, we may show finished work in our portfolio; tell us in your brief if your project must stay private.
7. Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and milestones, are set out in each written quote. We may pause work if an invoice is overdue.
8. Liability
We take care to reproduce your product accurately from the specifications and references you provide. You are responsible for reviewing renders before publishing them, including checking dimensions, claims and compliance with marketplace rules. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
